Our Impact

FYR Diagnostics is not only committed to being a force for good through its development and deployment of clinical diagnostics tests but it is also committed to supporting its community and having a positive social impact.

Impact Committee

FYR established an Impact Committee in 2021 to monitor FYR's overall impact, both internally and externally. The Impact Committee connects with and supports local organizations, organizes food drives, plans volunteer events, and tracks and improves FYR's positive impact over time through the use of the B-Impact Assessment.

B-Impact Assessment

FYR is in the process of using the B-Impact Assessment to better understand and measure its impact on its workers, community, environment, and customers. FYR will conduct a B-Impact Assessment at least annually to measure positive improvements over time and to help plan initiates that the company can take to improve its score. Over time, FYR plans to make its B-Impact Assessment Reports available publicly on the FYR website.
